The management of the Padena compressor factory is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all units. Through human resource management, production process control, and inter-departmental coordination, this section ensures the production of high-quality products and their timely delivery to customers.
Quality Control Unit

This unit ensures that every compressor meets strict quality standards. Performance testing, durability assessment, and final inspection are conducted in this section before delivery to customers.
Press Unit

In this unit, all raw metal parts are shaped and prepared using precision press machines. Quality and precision in the pressing operations are the most fundamental steps in producing durable and standard Padena compressors.
Machinery Unit
Manager: Eng. Homayouni
The Machining Unit is responsible for turning, milling, and other machining operations on components. In this section, parts are processed with high precision to be prepared according to technical drawings and factory standards.
Internal Assembly Unit
Manager: Eng. Peyman Nasab
In this section, the main compressor components, including the cylinder, piston, connecting rod, and other parts, are assembled with precision. The goal of this unit is to produce the core of the compressor with the highest accuracy and lifespan.
External Assembly Unit
Manager: Eng. Mohammadi
After the internal components are prepared, the body and other finishing parts are installed in the External Assembly Unit. At this stage, the compressor takes its final form and is prepared for quality control tests.
