1. Date and time for distribution of evaluation documents:

   From 12/08/1404 to 25/08/1404 (between 09:00 and 15:00), and the submission of auction envelopes until 11/09/1404; the envelopes will be opened on 12/09/1404.

2. Place and method of obtaining the evaluation documents:

   All natural persons and legal entities experienced in auction processes may obtain the related documents at the address: Shiraz - Amir Kabir Boulevard - after Martyr Alipour Bridge - Gas Company Road - Postal Code 7178118133. The auction documents will only be delivered to the representative of legal entities provided a valid letter of introduction is presented. The representative’s national ID card must be provided along with a copy.

4. Amount of deposit for participation in the auction:

   The participation deposit for the auction is to be paid in cash or via a bank guarantee in the amount of 3,000,000,000 Rial.

5. Deposit of the second-ranking bidder in the auction:

   The deposit of the second-ranking bidder will be retained by Padena Compressor Manufacturing Company until the contract is awarded to the winner.

The winner of the auction will bear the cost of the appraisal and advertisement.
